Our group went together to visit and discover the town of Dona Remedios Trinidad in Bulacan.
To start our trip, we eat in Lugawan ni Bunso for breakfast; it is located in Plaridel Bulacan along the highway in front of Walter Mart Plaridel.
The place is not that big compare to other lugawan but it can accommodate few people for dine-in and those tourists who just pass by, but we will not suggest this place if you are going with a big group since there are only few tables and chairs available in the place.
For the food, we ordered their best seller which is lugaw mix with beef tuwalya, bulaklak, roasted garlic, and spring onion on top partnered with lumpiang toge, we were amazed because it tastes good and super creamy. They also offer a lot of food selection like tokwa’t baboy, palabok, boiled egg, tokneneng, and other merienda products. Aside from its taste, the price is also budget friendly for breakfast where your friends, family and loved ones can also try ordering it because it’s really worth it. It is not just a regular porridge that can be cook in home, but it is one of the tastiest special porridge that’s why people always come back to eat here in Lugawan ni Bunso.

Next in line is Ricci’s Kainan.
It is located at Sitio Tabun Camachile in Dona Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan, in front of Iglesia ng Dios Church. This place was recommended to us by someone who lives in Bulacan and told us that they offer good food at an affordable price. With no hesitation, we went there to satisfy our hunger.
The place is like a typical "karinderya" that we can see on the side of the road, but surely this place is unique when it comes to the taste of food. They offer alfresco dining where you can make yourself comfortable with your family and friends. They have a large free parking lot and a comfortable dining area.
When we went there, we suddenly craved something that had soup and foods that were perfect for a group. Luckily, their restaurant specializes in bulalo, sisig, and sinampalukang manok. It took 10 minutes for them to serve our requests because they were made to order, which is good because it is fresh cooked food. It was still smoking when they served us our order and made our tongue burn, but I guess that is how we say we love the food.
Aside from their specialty, they also offer a variety of foods such as silog meals, lutong bahay, chicken wings, seafood, beef meals, and lugaw. The staff are nice and friendly. You can ask them some questions or make some requests and they will gladly serve them to you.
Ricci’s Kainan is a must try if you want comfort food at an affordable price.

Last but not the least, You can also go to the Am Boy's Restaurant at Gov. Padilla Street in Agnaya, Plaridel Bulacan for dinner, where you will be impressed by the ambiance and the food that they provide.
Their prices are both affordable and expensive, depending on what meal you purchase, but they are highly recommended because the food was delicious. Their employees are extremely approachable and nice, so you won't have to worry.
For entertainment, they provide a band and several types of alcohol that you must taste. We recommend them if you are on a family trip or with a group of friends.
This is also ideal for a place where you may celebrate a special occasion or for travelers who want to relax and learn more about Bulacan's history, as there are numerous ancient structures to photograph.
